International customers are responsible for any duties/import fees incurred on the order. Orders placed via VPN will be canceled. No shipping cost refunds are issued for delays. Due to major USPS issues in GA, we’ve disabled it as an option. For skates/grips, UPS SurePost is now the cheapest option, costing $2-3 more than USPS, but unavoidable given USPS's weeks-long delays and frequent losses.

If you are contacting us regarding your order arriving late - we do NOT have any additional tracking information. You will need to contact the courier about that status of your package.
