30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products purchased directly through our official website.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition, including:

Original skates installed and unused

No applied grip tape

No aftermarket modifications

No visible dirt, wear, or cosmetic damage

Original packaging in good condition
Products may be handled for inspection, but any use beyond reasonable inspection may result in a restocking fee.

Condition-Based Restocking Fee
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If a returned product shows signs of use, modification, missing components, or is not in resellable condition, a condition-based restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Examples include (but are not limited to):

Removed or replaced skates 5% (installation of aftermarket skates disqualifies the item from full refund eligibility)

Installed grip tape 5%

Excessive dirt, wear, or signs of extended use 15%

Missing accessories 10%

Damaged packaging 5%
All condition assessments are determined during inspection at our sole discretion.
The restocking fee helps cover inspection, cleaning, component replacement, repackaging, and labor costs. These percentages can stack but only up to the 15% cap.Â
Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fee.
Items not returned in resellable condition may be classified as open-box or refurbished inventory.
Final determination of product condition is made after inspection at our facility.

Non-Returnable Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

Are modified beyond original factory condition

Are missing essential components

Show signs of intentional damage
- Include aftermarket modifications affecting product performance or condition
If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Consumable Components
Skates, grip tape, mousepads and other consumable components must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part.
For convenience, we may provide a prepaid return label upon request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If a return is due to a defective or incorrect item, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for verified defects.
