We cannot issue shipping cost refunds for shipments delayed in transit/late shipments. We have disabled USPS shipping due to massive issues in the state of GA. The cheapest option for skates/grips will not be UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, it is $2-3 more expensive that USPS but we simply have no other options at this point due to USPS delays of several weeks if they don't lose it first.
