RCC-1 Wireless Gaming Mouse

I have 18.4cm by 8.9cm hands and use both fingertip and claw grip, I think the shape is great for both. It also was very familiar for me since I used to main the Logitech G303 in the past. After using it for a few months I find that the shape pretty much resembles the G305 with it's inward-sloped sides but has the overall design philosophy of the Endgame Gear OP1 shape with it's very narrow grip width and rearward hump. Aside from the shape, the sensor is great and it's implementation felt really good, it didn't seem to feel strange or give me spinouts. The customization software is a big positive since you can do more than adjusting the DPI and polling rate by tweaking the sensor rotation and turning on/off certain features the PAW3950 has (e.g. Motion Sync, Angle Snapping, and sensor overclock).

Unfortunately my unit came a couple issues: It had really heavy clicks with lots of travel (both pre and post travel) and the base of the mouse was warped enough to where dot skates either had to have a strange layout or needed a couple thin spacers to prevent the mouse from wobbling. Outside of the quality, One strange thing I noticed is that the mouse was advertised to be 46g but when I weighed mine it came out to be around 49-50g with 4 dot skates? I've seen mel0nFPS bring this up and it's quite disappointing since weight variance should be about +/- 1 gram.

I suppose the only neutral things I have to say about the mouse are that the stock skates are okay and the side buttons are definitely a bit harder to actuate if you utilize them often but it doesn't seem to bother me.

Overall, I really wanted to like this mouse since I've been looking for a lightweight G303 alternative but I got unlucky with the quality control of my unit. I'm well aware that I could've RMA'd or swapped mine but since only 2000 of these were made it would've been a hassle, which made me opt to fix the issues I had in a DIY fashion.

To start with this has a phenomenal sensor. Super smooth on my glass mousepad. The button clicks are also crisp and light. The software is basic and easy to use.

However, the shell is just too small for me. Overall it’s too low profile and forces a fingertip grip that I just can’t make work for my hands. I’ll be forced to sell mine and I’m bummed based on how much I liked the sensor and buttons
