International orders may incur duties/import fees, the customer is responsible for paying these fees. We do not accept orders placed through VPNs, they will get automatically canceled. We cannot issue shipping cost refunds for shipments delayed in transit/late shipments. CURRENT ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME IS ROUGHLY 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
